(Real-Time Survival Return Policy)

1. Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

2. Eligible Returns

Accepted for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrectly shipped items
  • Major functional defects

3. Non-Eligible Returns

Not accepted for:

  • Items used in the field
  • Exposure to moisture, heat, cold, or other environmental stressors
  • Minor cosmetic differences
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
  • Delivery delays within stated timeframe

4. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Fully intact in original packaging
  • Complete and resellable

5. Verification

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Detailed descriptions

6. Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns may be rejected.

7. Refund Processing

  • 5–10 business days post-approval
  • Refunds issued to original payment method

8. Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may apply

9. Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
